Owner and founder of Southern Key Realty, Jill has over a half a decade experience in the business and has curated a successful and innovative team with a proven track record of making happy home buyers and sellers.
This teacher turned entrepreneur once worked in research and development as a chemist where she learned the importance of listening carefully and paying close attention to details. Forever a learner a heart, Jill is dedicated to making your buying and selling experience as seamless as possible, and on the off-chance she doesn't
have the answer to your question, she won't stop until she finds it.
When she's not working with a buyer or a seller, you can find her cooking or spending time with her family. She loves to travel, especially when it involves warm sun and salty toes, but her home always has been and always will be here in the Piedmont Triad. Megan is a lifelong resident of Davidson County and has been proudly serving the Triad as a real estate agent for several years. Megan is a graduate of North Davidson High School and NC State University. Megan loves calling North Carolina home.

Together they have two adorable children and are proud members of Mt. Pleasant Church. Megan's faith plays a core part in shaping her work ethics and businesses. Brittany was born and raised right here in Davidson County. She graduated from North Davidson High School and then continued her education at North Carolina State University, majoring in Agricultural Business Management. Brittany’s education and previous jobs in credit and social services has helped prepare her to collaborate and negotiate with people and give her insight into the monetary side of real estate.
Brittany has been in the real estate field for several years. She enjoys helping folks purchase their dream home, or selling their current home to move on to the next chapter in life. She prides herself in being honest and personable with clients and loves getting to know each one of them.
Brittany is married to her husband Adam, and together they have 4 children, Noah, Lily, Addison, and Emma. She is happiest spending time with her family and being at the beach!
Brittany is a lifelong native to Davidson County. She has been serving the Triad as a real estate agent for several years now and is a graduate of Central Davidson High School.
Before getting into the world of real estate, Brittany was a stay-at-home mom to her two children, Tucker and Tessa. With her children now in school she was ready to get back into the work field. She loves helping others and felt that there is no better way to help someone than with buying or selling a home! She takes pride in getting to know each and every person she works with and does her best to make everything go as smooth and easy as possible.
Not only does she know her community, but her connections do not stop there. Brittany’s husband, Ryne, is an insurance agent with Farm Bureau where he has been servicing commercial and residential clients in the triad for several years. Together they have two beautiful children and in their spare time they enjoy doing anything outside and spending time together as a family.
Tiffany is a native to the Piedmont Triad area, specifically the Lexington/Davidson County area. Prior to entering the real estate field, Tiffany worked in dental hygiene for approximately eight years. She loves being able to help people. After making the tough decision to leave the dental field due to physical health concerns, she still had a desire to help
people. There's no other way to do that than by helping people make their dreams come true through the way of home ownership. Tiffany has always had a interest in real estate, so she decided to pursue her love of homes while still helping others.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Josh. She has two amazing step children whom she loves dearly. She also has a big heart for her five dogs, a cat, and a pig! When they aren't keeping her busy you can find her dabbling in candle making.
Christy is excited to start her real estate career with Southern Key Realty. She is ready to take her hard work ethic, passion, loyalty and perfectionism to helping students in the classroom and translate it to the realty field in helping people find their dream homes. Christy grew up in Davidson County, attending Ledford High School and then furthering her education at Appalachian State University. She also earned a Master’s Degree from High Point University in Administrative Leadership. Her passion for helping others showed in the school setting from teaching complex topics in math to coaching multiple sports.
Christy is happily married to Donald Palmer, who is also a retired teacher. She is the mother to one daughter and two stepchildren. In her spare time, Christy enjoys traveling, sports and visiting Appalachian State.

One of Southern Key Realty’s newest agents, Alan is ready to dive head first into serving clients and creating satisfied buyers and sellers. Alan is a lifelong resident of Davidson County and currently resides on High Rock lake. Whether you’re looking for luxury lake life or simple country living, he’s your guy!
Before making the decision to enter the real estate field, Alan worked in Nascar for over thirty years. While working behind the scenes on cars that were mostly alike, Alan is ready to stand out and be a one of a kind agent for you! When he is not working hard to please his clients, you can find him out on a golf course or hanging out with his German Shepherd, Jax. He is also a proud father to three children, Christina, Casey and Chase.
Getting her broker’s license in August 2022, Olivia is ready to help agents at Southern Key Realty as a Transaction Coordinator and clients in the buying and selling process. Olivia grew up in the northern part of Davidson County, attending Ledford High School and then furthering her education at Appalachian State University in Elementary Education.
Olivia was a teacher with Davidson County Schools before entering the real estate field. Looking for an opportunity to stay at home more with her two small children and still utilize her hard work ethic and love for learning, she looks forward to increasing her knowledge in real estate and providing support for Southern Key Realty.
Olivia's husband, Daniel, teaches at Tyro Middle School and together they have two children, Everly and Declan. They are active in their home church, Cornerstone Baptist Church of Cleveland, NC. In her spare time, Olivia loves spending time with her family, doing anything outdoors and spending summers at Badin Lake.
Michelle is a born and raised Davidson County girl! She has lived in the Reeds community as an adult and other areas of the county growing up. She has an associates degree in Business Management and prior to real estate, was a co-owner of a Home Improvement/Remodeling business for almost 20 years. In 2018, she decided to close the family business and jump into real estate! She transferred her love of designing, repairing and decorating homes into a wealth of knowledge for helping clients buy and sell homes. Michelle is knowledgable in all aspects of real estate - residential, commercial, estates, foreclosure and more! She will go above and beyond expectations of service, value and integrity for each of her clients.
In her spare time, Michelle loves going to the beach and spending time with family. She has two daughters and three grandsons; as well as two four legged babies - Roxy and Snickers. Her passions are Jesus, family and real estate! Michelle looks forward to serving you!
